From as early as I can remember I have been a seeker. Asking questions and being curious has always been my way of connecting with the world and my center. I think that is why yoga has been such a big part of my life for so many years, because it’s a constant practice of going within and getting real with ourselves…on and off the mat.  I began practicing yoga in 1997 and have been teaching since 2008.  I cannot imagine life without yoga. It is my counselor, spiritual guide, best friend, physical therapist, and chiropractor…all in one! What can you expect from my classes? Connection, support, encouragement, compassion, accountability, and playfulness. Alignment is a foundational part of my practice and teaching. I believe that practicing mindful alignment with an open heart not only facilitates a safe and sustainable practice, but it also keeps our head “in the game”, guiding and reminding us to stay connected and to always honor our bodies by intently listening as we move. I am deeply grateful for my teachers who have instilled the loving and solid foundation from which I continue to grow as a teacher and a student. I look forward to playing and exploring with you on the mat!
