Private lessons accommodate individuals one on one for specific injuries or illnesses.  Yoga is proven to help release muscle tension and help in pain management. Our unique approach blends the foundations of yoga with study in biomechanics to help people move and feel better.

An initial assessment will help guide each session to challenge habits and patterns to ultimately achieve change. Areas of particular interest are joint health and longevity, coordinated pain-free movement, empowerment and improved range of motion. Therapeutic movements used include somatics, joint mobility/stability training, yoga, body-weight drills as well as a hands-on resistance stretching technique.

Revolutionary movement thinker Moshe Feldenkrais said it best, “Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.”
