Brenn Lea Pearson
Brenn Lea Pearson has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and has been teaching for 12. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in April of 2015 through Kindness Yoga to become a nationally certified Vinyasa teacher. With a strong background in both Iyengar and Anusara yoga, Brenn Lea focuses on alignment and movement with the breath in her hatha and vinyasa classes. She also has extensive experience in working with people with injuries, disabilities, and age-related issues.
One of the greatest delights of her life is sharing the joy and equanimity with her students that yoga has brought to her personal life: flexible body, open mind, and the expression of her joyful spirit. Brenn Lea’s goal is to have students come away from her classes with a new awareness of their abilities and a release of any tension, allowing them to proceed throughout the rest of their day (and hopefully their lives) with a more calm approach to whatever awaits. Her purpose in teaching is to enable her students to bring this quiet expansiveness into their everyday lives. Teaching is her bliss.
