Lisa Ketcham-Hendrickson

Lisa is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience working in trauma centers in the Denver area. She stepped away from bedside care after facing burnout in a healthcare system that lacked meaningful support for both patients and providers. This pivotal moment led her to pursue advanced studies in Integrative Medicine and Wellness Coaching.

Yoga has been a stabilizing force in Lisa’s life, offering her a pathway to healing through whole-body connection—mind, body, and spirit—especially in the wake of personal trauma, the loss of her two oldest sons. Through her grief she sought integrative, somatic, whole-body healing leading her to become a trauma-informed 200-hour yoga instructor with additional certifications in Kriya, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

Lisa is also a Reiki Master and certified sound practitioner offering both group and individualized sessions, weaving together yoga, energy work, and sound. She offers wellness coaching with a focus on grief, resilience, and personal transformation.

Off the mat, Lisa is blessed with an amazing wife, five beautiful children — two of whom guide her from the ethereal realm — and a house full of furry companions. As an artist, creativity and curiosity fuel her spirit. Nature is her sanctuary and she feels most at peace among trees and flowers or with her feet in a body of water.
