  • If you are new to our studio, please check out our New Student page by clicking here.
  • Advance registration is recommended. Class sizes are limited and fill up quickly. Drop-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class to check-in at front desk and pay if needed, before attending class.
  • Teens under 18 are required to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver before attending their first class. Waivers can be emailed upon request.
  • Hot classes are not recommended during pregnancy.
