Becky has been practicing yoga, mostly Ashtanga Vinyasa with a sprinkling of other lovely experiences, for more than 25 years. She began teaching postures, breath, meditation and philosophy about 10 years ago. She loves the way that yoga postures create a structure within which there is infinite space to grow. She loves to help students find alignment that opens up new possibilities. She loves to try hard things and help students to do the same. She loves to laugh out loud in the middle of practice. She can’t wait to see you in class.
