Here’s a little about me and my yoga journey. In early 2017, I discovered the practice of yoga and began a new journey of healing and growth. When I first unrolled my mat, I was struck by an immediate nurturing sense of peace AND YET, could not touch my toes!
It was a tremendously vulnerable and fantastic moment, admittedly, I was hooked!
Many years later and many amazing and challenging moments both on and off the mat, I have found a sense of reconnection to self and peace, and, YES, I can indeed touch my toes, run, jump and PLAY!
I am happiest outside experiencing nature with my loved ones, skiing, scuba diving, hiking and traveling to new places. I love the process of creative expression through non structured painting, interior design, cooking, yoga, and finding new ways to play and connect with my “inner child”.
I recognize the importance of connection and integration of the mind, body and spirit in increasing one’s quality of life, believing every situation and life circumstance is an opportunity for growth, expansion and new discoveries about the world and one’s own existence.
