Although I first started practicing yoga due to an injury, I quickly discovered that its benefits extend far
beyond physical healing and improved flexibility. By enabling a deeper connection between mind, body
and spirit, yoga contributes in so many powerful ways to our everyday health and well-being. It can
uplift, inspire and motivate as well as nourish, support and heal. As a yoga instructor, E-RYT® 200,
RYT® 500, YACEP®, I look forward to helping all of my students navigate and explore their own yoga
journey by creating a safe and inviting space for them to grow and deepen their practice. With every
class, my goal is to create fun yet challenging sequences that encourage students to move with
confidence, ease and joy.
