Virginia has been practicing yoga for 8 years and has been teaching for 5 years after completing 200 hours of teacher training with CorePower Yoga in 2014 in Chicago Virginia has always been passionate about health and fitness, competed in several marathons, triathlons, teaches Spin class, Cross Training/Boot Camp & Aqua aerobics. But the day She stepped on her mat, she fell in love with Yoga realizing that not only feeling better on a physical level but on a spiritual level, on and off my mat. She feels yoga, in many ways, changed her life, from the beginning of her yoga journey to becoming her most authentic self. What she would like to bring to her classes is the very thing she has always loved about a yoga class; getting to a place physically, mentally or spiritually. The best part of yoga is in this time of play, we’ll likely start to work through some emotional blockages and possibly gain some mental clarity and insight without even trying, knowing or intending to! She hopes to simply be a vessel that will aid her students of all levels to become their most genuine self.
