Rachel Weisberg

Rachel has been a student of vinyasa since 2015, and earned her teaching certification in 2018. Her classes focus on balancing breath, body, and mind in an active flow setting. She believes that yoga has something to offer for everyone, and loves teaching all levels of yogis. The practice is truly an ongoing endeavor that evolves with the individual over time. 

In Rachel’s classes, you are invited to link your movement with the breath, take what you need, leave what you don’t, and immerse yourself in the flow.
